Once celebrated as a national hero in the golden era of Italian boxing, Stecca rose from a small-town gym to the global stage, embodying discipline, sacrifice, and the promise of redemption. But when the lights of the ring faded, a far more difficult battle began — one fought outside the ropes.
Lights off - Loris Stecca neverding fight is a human and sporting parable about the torment of anger and the possibility of overcoming defeat. It is a story that moves between the present and the past of Loris Stecca, who in the 1980s became the youngest Italian world boxing champion, and his struggle against the world in an attempt to rebuild a peaceful relationship with himself and with others after serving an eight-year sentence for attempted murder.
